Shipping Policy

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. Confirmed orders will be dispatched within 2 working days. After dispatch, you will receive tracking details via Email or SMS.

• Free Shipping is available on all orders above INR 499 for shipments within India. For orders below INR 499, a flat shipping fee of INR 59 will apply.
• At White & Pastels, we ensure your package is carefully packed and shipped within the specified time frame.
• Shipping within India typically takes 4-10 working days.

Please ensure that you provide a complete, accurate, and valid shipping address, including the correct pin code. We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses, and no refunds will be issued for such delays.

Please note that delivery times are estimates. In rare cases, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as unexpected travel disruptions, weather conditions, or strikes affecting our courier partners.
